Highly motivated and passionate about technology, I have nearly 15 years of experience in the retail space and nearly 4 years in the credit union space. I have experience with team sales, customer/member service, and peer leadership and training through both verbal and written communications. I have taken a specific focus with learning and development by assisting with teaching and training at my current role with Wescom over the last year and a half. I discovered a passion for training when asked to assist with trainees while they take their first phone calls during and after training. I enjoy taking the time to learn with and teach my peers, I believe that showing that you never stop learning can be very empowering to colleagues.
