• Formed and led a team of 20 software engineers that were responsible for the development of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)-based projects, including Nodal Access Units (NAUs) and a Mission Management System (MMS).• Represented the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Plano sector as a member of the Software Architecture Review Board (ARB), Agile Working Group, Software Testing Working Group, Software Process Working Group, and DevOps Working Group.• Set goals for employees that aligned with organizational objectives.• Facilitated agile ceremonies and meetings for project teams.• Managed multiple projects using Jira and Confluence. Jira was used for sprint planning and task tracking. • Served as MOSA NAU SW IPT Lead. Team consisted of 15 software and systems engineers. Team developed the avionics digital backbone used for the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) proposal and MOSA IRAD efforts.• Used Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for creating model artifacts during the analysis and design phases of the program.• Wrote documentation for proposal efforts.• Created prototypes used for milestone completion for internal, customers, and external demonstrations.

• Led a team of engineers in the development of a web portal for use by a government customer for Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) operations. The web portal provided a framework called Frontier that allowed various vendors and customers to create custom web front-end applications and services that were able to collaborate with each other. Development was primarily in Java, JavaScript, C, and C++.• Served as Product Owner (PO) for software engineering, Capability Owner (CO) for systems engineering, and software architect for the portal and was responsible for customer briefings, traveling with the customer, and collaborating with vendors and other customers.• Received individual company Top Star award.

• Responsible for architecture and full-stack development of an enterprise-level signal recording service for a government customer.• Created front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone.js, and Atmosphere.js.• Created back-end components using J2EE 7 (JBOSS EAP), C++, QPID, Solr, and Accumulo

• Led a team of 4 software engineers to complete and deploy a software application called Nationwide Auto Titling (NAT) that allowed car dealerships to process title transactions between different states. • Designed the security subsystem for authentication/authorization for the company’s suite of applications. Development was primarily in C# and ASP.NET MVC.
