• Cooperated with authorities in Denmark in relation to paperwork of adoption, criminal records, marriage, nationality and Venezuelan asylum seekers.• Collaborated and investigated most-wanted fugitives with INTERPOL Denmark and Venezuela and SIRENE/EUROPOL.• Administered emergency passports to Danish nationals and extension of regular passports.• Joined meetings at the Delegation of the European Union in Venezuela its Member States in the Consular Section, constantly debating administrative and consular matters.• Established internal and external communications with national and international authorities, such as embassies, consulates both international organizations and NGOs.• Maintained frequent communications with the Royal Danish Embassy in Colombia to whom I reported, especially with Consular Officers, Consular Assistants and Minister Counsellor.• Managed legalizations, attestations and certification of both Gov’t State and private documents.• Handled pension payments to the elderly Dane population in Venezuela• Mentored Danish and Venezuelan nationals through mail, in situ and by phone, regarding entry regulations (visas, tourism, study and work), • Elaborated Country Profiles and Projects.• Edited and published articles on the Consulate’s website www.venezuela.um.dk for information purposes.• Performed administrative and office duties, i.e. package and mail correspondence handling.

For the Cultural Affairs Section, I was not only responsible for promoting the Danish Culture in Venezuela, but Communications (PR), Public Diplomacy and Press. Therefore, I: • Joined periodical meetings in the Delegation of the European Union with its Member States regarding Cultural Affairs and annual calendar of cultural activities.• Coordinated and organized photographic exhibitions of the Faroe Islands and Danish Film Festivals in Maracaibo City, Margarita Island and Caracas. • Created SWOT Analysis (Strategic Planning) and conducted Project Management for Film Festivals and Photographic Exhibition. • Pioneered Photographic Exhibition of the Faroe Islands through audio sensory QR codes.• Provided Cultural Assistance to University students and to the public who would like to know particular details of the Danish Culture. • Created factsheets regarding art, literature and culture; Danish lifestyle, LGBT+, geography, history, economics, gastronomy and private sector top companies (Maersk, Lego, BIG, Bang & Olufsen, Bo Concept, Pandora, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, Widex) • Partnered with Non-Governmental Organisations and Municipilaties for mutual accomplishments.• Formulated proposals for cultural funding and sponsorship.• Elaborated and published news and articles for the Consulate’s official website.• Teamed up in webinars dictated from Brussels (EU) regarding Film Festivals.
