Having been able to adapt to a few different career path's, I have found my skills to well rounded and universal. Specifics can be taught, but a good manager just is good naturaly. "People don't leave a job, they leave a manager"- Sharron Speek. I have a backround in management, Retail management, and a laundry list of part time jobs that I have had while working many jobs. I look to make business a better by raising expextations of the people that do it. Does that mean more work? NO! Just better people to do it....I expect to be treated with respect only after I have given it. I will tell you truthfully what I want and expect from you, and expect the same in return. If you are out for self and will walk all over anyone to get there, then you have walked all over the very fabric of your worth to any company. It has been said that "what is best for the whole is best for self" Where has that gone in the personal relations both internal and external?
