A highly motivated individual whom reguarly sits at a 1up position with an Exemplary record, responsible for the development and managment of over 25 subordinates, Experienced instructor in several fields, overseas and operational experience, worked on innovations and development projects along side both civilian and MOD contracts, Managing of a successful Team on a vast array of projects. I joined the British Army in January 2015, after completing my training I joined the Royal Engineers and started my career within EOD in Northern Ireland as part of the Advanced Search Team. Here my role was to work as part of a team providing High Assurance Search using specialist equipment and Training.Once Promoting I moved to England and completed my High threat No2's course. Here I learned about RCV's (remote controlled vehicles) and their application within EOD. This is where my passion for Robotics first formed and since completing this I have had the privilege of using over 10 Platforms of RCV's from both UK and partner force nations.Expanding on my Knowledge I completed my Conventional Munitions disposal No2s course (0804's) which taught me valuable skills in specific equipment and safety procedures. Through this Avenue is where the majority of my experience with Demolitions and explosives, which have included Live Dems ranges, safety and teaching partner force nations.Completing my DAST team commanders course was a natural progression and bought me back to my routes of High threat search, combing together a career in EOD with experience in all aspects and in team management.
