Provide production and editorial feedback, manage external resources, and lead the multimedia team to ensure smooth operations and creative excellence.Align projects with audience engagement goals, collaborating across lines of business with product teams and business stakeholders.Executive Produce video/podcast content for mobile, social, and digital audiences, optimizing distribution across channels (owned/paid) and adjusting strategies based on performance analytics.Implement scalable production processes and procedures to improve studio workflows and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization. Handle content approvals (ACA, Legal), contracts, and external relationships, ensuring efficient distribution and adherence to commitments.Perform creative editorial functions, such as weaving elements of messaging together for effective storytelling, conducting research, scripting, and ensuring consistent use of brand voice and tone.Ensure visual and thematic continuity throughout the production process by elevating the creative look and feel of content across platforms and coordinating with creative teams to as needed.Negotiate contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs), carry out onboarding, and manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and partners, ensuring all parties meet their commitments and deliverables.Oversee studio technical setup with directors, camera operators, and audio teams, for all live streaming webinars, studio productions, and broadcasts with strong editorial oversight.Research and implement new technologies (AI tools) and production techniques to keep the company at the forefront of production trends and storytelling
