As a Director of Client Engagement, Scott Stover leads a team that develops customized cost-management strategies that deliver meaningful health care benefits to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging in size from 100 to 60,000 employees. Scott's team works with clients in a variety of ways, including plan design, health management, and communications, and detailed plan performance analyses that provide insight into plan utilization, financial, and health status factors. This data is ultimately used to develop strategic recommendations and plans that enhance plan performance and member satisfaction. Scott has gained wide-ranging expertise during the course of a unique health care career that includes experience with Central Ohio’s largest hospital system, Ohio’s largest health insurer, and Columbus’ largest benefits brokerage company. This extensive health care background enables Scott to view health care from the perspectives of all parties concerned: employer, payer, provider, distributor, and member. Scott applies this expertise when developing meaningful solutions to improve health plan performance and member health. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Scott also holds an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University.
