Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations of the company including team management, business development and revenue generation. Additional responsibilities included raising two seed rounds of financing. Launched direct sales and marketing efforts for various business strategies of the company to be a full-service, boutique interactive advertising agency. These services included web design, graphic design and corporate identity, printing services, online & print ad management, strategic business consulting and advertising sales. i7 Interactive also created and published the luxury lifestyle magazine, Platinum Life.

As the Director of Sales for this Internet start-up, I was responsible for running the day-to-day sales operations of the company which included building a sales team from the ground floor and driving revenues. I built the sales team from 4 to 30 sales representatives and took revenues from $250k to $4million in the first year. We were on track to more than double our revenues the following year before the company was purchased by TMP Worldwide and integrated into the relocation portal of Monster.com at MonsterMoving.com.

As a member of Telco's Western Regional office, I was responsible for helping the company proliferate it's long distance services through authorized dealers. With no dealers and no actual service in the West initially, I established a $10M/year recurring revenue stream and closed 55 new authorized dealers through cold-calling and networking. Telco was ultimately purchased by Excel Communications during my tenure and then again by Teleglobe.

Promoted 3 times during tenure from Sales Rep, to Account Exec, to Major Account Rep, to Sales Manager... Responsible for selling bundled telecommunications services to small and medium sized businesses as well as managing and mentoring junior sales reps... Recipient of multiple sales performance awards... Aggressive B2B door-to-door cold calling with a one-call close mentality...
