Carerix is a Pan-European SaaS supplier operating from the Netherlands serving around 700 clients. Applications are focused on facilitating and managing recruitment and staffing processes. As such, more than 10.000 users depend on the availability of our application for their day-to-day activities.Carerix has a 100+ node environment, 90% Debian Linux and 10% MS Windows, running a mix of Java, WebObjects and PHP backend applications. The frontend interface is based on Sencha ExtJS. All this runs on top of a farm of Postgres databases in cooperation with Elastic Search and S3. Apart from a physical location in Amsterdam Carerix is expanding to AWS EC2.

Implemented a single webpage Incident, Problem, Availability, Capacity and Agility management and engineer dashboards. Coding in nodeJS, java RESTful API, Angular, Polymer front-end and python back-end.

IPsoft is a next-generation managed service provider, offering a complete solution to enterprise customers for outsourcing global IT infrastructure operations.IPsoft employs unique autonomic engines that automatically remediate 56% (on average) of the exceptions in the world-wide client environments.A Technical Executive is the person that is responsible for client satisfaction and making the business run as smooth as possible from an IT perspective and from an IT-process perspective.The TE is the technical counterpart aligned with the Service Delivery Manager on the account, is responsible for last-level escalation for technical issues and is the leader in problem management in order to drive quality and providing stability in the customer's environment.

2k people are employed at the most populated province of The Netherlands (Zuid-Holland). Intra- and internet related affairs single point of contact. Took care of the content management systems. Contributed to new website and have setup internet management. Finally, I did a security audit.

Administered a large infrastructure, hosting a diversity of platforms and applications. Setup of ITIL processes.
