Developed Monte Carlo-based simulation framework to assess Cerenkov luminescence as an imaging and therapeutic modality.Proposed and developed simulation pipeline to theoretically evaluate new imaging modality based on novel contrast mechanism; simulation involving computation of 3D ultrasound fields that were used as the voxelized geometry in a GPU.
