I manage the one-person design department at a full-service sign company. My role includes designing a wide variety of signs for an even wider range of clients, usually managing 10+ projects at a time. I also do pre-press work for every job, preparing files for different types of production processes. When working with large organizations I'll typically be implementing their brand guidelines and/or working with their design team, whereas small business clients rely on me more for creativity and developing their visual identity.
