Recruited by the CEO to lead the rebranding of Boston Technology Research. This task was fully executed in-house within six months of onboarding. Key elements included audience/executive research, identity development, trademarking, and full brand launch. This task was fully executed in-house within six months of onboarding. Key elements included audience/executive research, identity development, trademarking, and full brand launch. Led the move from a static website to a continually evolving CRM-connected Hubspot site that leveraged forms, landing pages, and resources to establish and entice lead generation. Managed the workload via an efficient project tracker and was supported by an internal designer. Freelance resources were leveraged to balance the load as needed. Established and consistently executed a LinkedIn-focused social strategy.
