I’m an operations professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a wide range of experiences and accompanying accomplishments. My experience includes location launches, team training, coaching and development, change management, customer service and success, contract negotiation, project management, legal communications and acquisitions. Previous to my current role, I directed operations at Air Trampoline Sports, a multi-location indoor amusement facility. I drove expansion to a second location and lead us to profitability. I later played an essential role in the sale and acquisition of Air Trampoline Sports to Flight Fit N Fun (VC backed). I lead my teams with inclusiveness, transparency, and empathy. I believe that the most important part of any company are the People; both our Customers and our Teams.Outside of work, I love to try new food; I co-run an Instagram account with 25,000+ followers that’s focused on local Long Island restaurants (Check us out @Tasting_LongIsland). I also like to ski and snowboard, exercise and travel.
