• Computer Refresh (iRenew) Project consisting of 700+ end users receiving new assets including data servers and organized a plan of action to refresh assets with minimal downtime and interruption from end user day to day responsibilities.• Determined end user functionality, resources, and data to be transferred to new personal computers then deployed assets accordingly.• Imaged and installed needed software, network, email (Lotus Notes), and data configurations unique to individual assets before deployment.• Supported and researched proprietary software and databases to ensure seamless installations

• Supported credit card processing equipment and software along with peripherals over both POTS and Internet services which links/routes terminals to appropriate servers for authorizing transactions.• Configured applications to work to the specifications of a business to process transactions accurately to avoid any penalties that leads to fees and/or legal prosecution. Configuration includes securing networks used for processing credit cards and the information retained by software.• Supported products such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards and other means of electronic payment methods.

• Design, implement, and maintain operations for a fast growing IT consulting organization which provides a wide range of products and services to small to medium businesses through the Cincinnati area.• Managed five divisions under our umbrella model of services, which include Networking Solutions, VoIP Solutions, Web Solutions, PC Sale/Repair Solutions, and our Sales & Marketing Solutions.• Implemented CRM Management tools and Account Management guidelines to set expectations with service level management between our clients and the services we provided.

• Provided high-speed Internet via 10MB fiber optic over WiFi 5.8Ghz AP’s and LAN stations to underserved rural areas.• Customer support by troubleshooting and diagnosing problems over the phone. If problem was on-site a service call was made to repair hardware and/or cabling.• Managed a network backing up and administering Linux mail servers, maintaining Microtek routers that were used to authorize valid subscribers, and set up IP schemes for all software/hardware configurations throughout the service over seeing 300+ users.• Managed all marketing by producing POS items that displayed the service at social events within the service area and used other methods such as cold calling & going door to door with flyers.• Managed all sales for both business and residential accounts by educating subscribers about the service and then closing the sale by having subscriber sign a two-year agreement.• Managed an office by handling inventory concerning LAN stations, Motorola Canopy access points, Encore wireless routers and power supplies. Accounts receivable/accounts payable and repossessed hardware from those with delinquent accounts.

• Contracting position with a team of seven individuals coordinating a migration of all PC’s, printers, and servers used by loan advisors and other banking representatives.• Directed transportation of all hardware from one location to another by obtaining full inventory, labeling each item before having a contracted moving service pick up hardware, and had a drop off plan at new site for moving service to follow.• Merged PC’s, printers, and servers into new office location and updated software that involved mirroring partitions and testing configurations from one network to another of 400+ users.• Follow up period of six weeks to capture any bugs in the system and help users adapt to new software.

Set up and operated screen presses of many different sizes for multiple substrates. Received lots of experience with color pallets from working with ink and viscosity. I even assisted in sales for a brief period after getting contacts from some highly potential clients on my own time.
