The Capacity and Schedule Manager plays a critical role at Prospero Health. This position oversees and aligns company practices, productivity, and Capacity and Schedule planning by analyzing multiple variables that drive patient outreach and clinician capacity. I am responsible for creating reporting and feedback loops with result in continuous improvements in outreach approach and clinician utilization. As a Patient Engagement Supervisor I am responsible for managing a team of 50+ agents who are performing outbound calls to United Health Care Medicare Advantage Plan members who are eligible for in-home palliative care services from a team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Doctors and Social Workers. As a Patient Engagement Supervisor the main responsibility of the role is to prioritize, assign and manage Patient Engagement Specialists who are performing outbound calls to reach and schedule initial appointments for patients to be visited by a Nurse Practitioner who resides in their geographic area. As a Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) I performed outreach to United Health Care Medicare Advantage Plan members to inform them of new benefits that were available through their current insurance coverage. The patient demographic that a PES is responsible for reaching out to has underlying health conditions that qualified them to receive additional support from an in-home palliative care team that was designed to help patients live their best lives now. The responsibility of a PES was to inform Medicare Advantage plan holders of our additional services and schedule an initial visit with a Nurse Practitioner to come to their home to perform an initial assessment of their health. Prospero-Health has a team of nurses across the United States and as a PES we are responsible for scheduling their appointments correctly in each market that we service from East to West coast.

As Camp Director I was responsible for ensuring there would be enough materials on site such as lumber, nails, power tools, paint, and other miscellaneous items. The Camp Director was also responsible for plotting out the amount of food that would need to be purchased throughout the week to feed the appropriate amount of campers. Organizing housing for the campers was another responsibility that needed to be reassessed every week. While performing these tasks there was also the responsibility of leading a staff that would be in charge of these groups and tending to whatever needs the group leaders would request pertaining to their operating sites. Operating off of a budget I was responsible for record keeping and money management and would have to file every purchase that was made an incorporate it into the budget to see if our spending for each week was where it should be. The Worship Leader position required diligence in organizing musical activities twice each day throughout the week while organizing the schedule for who would be speaking each night and which activities would be performed in chapel.I performed both of these roles together throughout the summer.
