As the European CRM superuser, I was an key part of the implementation of the Pivotal CRM system for the sales and service teams. The role also included taking responsibility for developing reports to help the business measure and maximise KPI's and sales. Once implementation was complete, I carried out data management and set up along with providing 1st line techical support for users.In 2010 the company carried out an Oracle installation and I was part of the superuser team that helped to implement in the UK.Under the marketing aspect of the role I worked closely with the UK and Distributor Managers along with the European Managing Director to optimise marketing strategy, spend and support for sales teams, distributors and customers. This included the development of marketing materials in conjunction with our corporate office, organising trade shows and events and the booking of all marketing activity.
