I'm a Trustee for a small Village in Southern Illinois. Working hard to better the lives of our citizens. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. I'm seeking a position within an organization, enabling me to utilize my strong leadership, interpersonal communications and personal development skills.There are different types of experiences. Experiences that ones gains from their job and non-paid experiences which could come from everyday life. I have been in the work-field for twenty plus years, however, the majority of my experiences comes from non work experiences or non paid experiences. I’m in that loophole, were to get a particular job, you need experience but you can't get experience till you get the job, but you can't get the job because you don't have experience.
