I also assisted during fan experiences including “The Big One on the Blvd” and DEGA Club Party to secure consumer satisfaction and retention, which have resulted in the highest renewal percentages in the track’s history.

Worked with regional IT company to prospect potential clients across the state of Alabama. Placed calls and sent emails to prospected companies in order to gain more information about the status of their IT satisfaction. Offered assistance to these companies if requested. I gained 150 hours of sales experience during this project.
