I am trained in civil rights and state and federal compliance monitoring, and I consult with educators, administrators, business and industry, and community stakeholders to prepare students for a highly skilled workforce in STEM and nontraditional career pathways.As an Equity Consultant, I also focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to empower educators to address barriers to success for underrepresented student populations. I provide oversight of Perkins funded career and technical program offerings, and provide diversity training to enhance a multicultural classroom environment. My mission is to serve as an advocate for lifelong learning for all students.
