Shoot Cut Grade was founded in 2015 by a group of like minded creatives, coming from the film production, media and marketing worlds. We saw a chance to bring the skills, talent and ingenuity of our peers to the business world. Since then we’ve created content for some of Irelands biggest names while continuing our award winning work as a short film production house.

Performance Tracking Solutions is a remote monitoring management system for health club chains, which includes an interactive personal health App for their members, giving them real-time feedback all over the world. Performance Tracking Solutions is currently in partnership with the DCU INSIGHT program, the centre of data analytics in Ireland. My role in Performance Tracking Solutions includes filming, editing, colour grading and providing technical assistance in these matters. My current role in this team involves producing all video and photographical material used for the project, as well as managing the media projects. I setup two small studios from which to work and have my own post production suite where all content is edited and output for mobile devices. The final content has helped users reach their fitness goals in a helpful and easy to understand way. Performance Tracking Solutions is a High Potential Start Up with Enterprise Ireland. We are currently validating the management system and interactive App through our chosen health clubs, with the help of the DCU insight program.
