Jon Muir is a Finance graduate at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Jon was born and raised in the West Texas city of El Paso, that stands on top of the Rio Grande and across the border from Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. His dream is to one day return the favor by transitioning his hometown and starting his own businesses that will enhance the value of the Borderplex. What distinguishes him from others is his involvement in a nearly fatal car crash in 2010. It was this experience that shaped Jon into the man he is today by teaching him determination, but most of all the ability to never give up. He was an advocate for the prevention of drowsy driving and the importance of blood donation. He has partnered up with Click it or Ticket (TxDOT), and United Blood Services and is an ongoing activist.Jon's impactful experience has given him a desire to carry these qualities into the business world. He wants to fulfill his purpose in making a difference in the lives of others, and hopes to do so by providing green and clean energy to homeowners across the U.S.
