Mrs. Jaqueline Togneto Fiorin Vaz is part of AppOps DevOps Team and she is a project manager who works directly with the Business Area Manager providing support on the worldwide team management. The team is focused on DevOps Delivery on a worldwide landscape and is currently a big team with +150 people located in different countries (US, Brazil, Mexico, France, Australia, Philippines, China, India, Romania, Egypt). She is responsible to manage and track their knowledge growth and balance in order to ensure capability and capacity to support the DevOps offerings to the market. She is developing and applying a new method using Communities of Practice for Technical Knowledge Sharing that is going to leverage the team's technical skills, experiences, knowledge transfer and relationship to an upper level.

She is responsible to manage all the workload including changes and problems, skills, staffing within the team, escalations, weekend support coverage schedules, SCRUM meetings with the team, interface with key stakeholders from both customer side and internal to AppOps team (like Security, Networking, Operations).

Mrs. Jaqueline Togneto Fiorin Vaz is part of AICS DevOps Run & Manage Team and she's a project manager who acts supporting the Business Area Manager and the worldwide Delivery Manager to manage the team members around the globe. Basically she is responsible for the entire On and Off Boarding processes which includes all the tasks, material, documentation. In addition, she is coordinating all the training within the team in order to help the senior team members to share their knowledge and also develop the junior team members to improve their skills. This way, she develops a key role to the team once she provides useful information and reports to the management line and helps the team members to growth and share their technical skills.

Basically, the daily tasks includes administration for Rational Servers and Tools like project area creation, user administration (addition, edition, deactivation), licenses management, root cause analysis for downtimes of services and upgrades of repositories.
