In previous roles at Nationwide, I led large software engineering organizations, drove tooling implementations and adoptions, transformed delivery organizations, coached process improvement, owned policy administration systems, and wrote code.Before Nationwide, I worked at Indiana University and various technology startups, where my work was largely focused on Java development utilizing numerous open-source frameworks and tools.
