I'm a recruitment leader focused on the Clean Energy space, one of the world's most exciting and important sectors, supporting the energy transition across Europe. I was brought in to build and lead the Renewables and Clean Energy teams across the UK and Europe and we have since become a leading clean-tech recruiter in Europe, due in part to our high standards and determination to do the right thing. My team and I work all the way across the sector, including investors, utility-scale IPPs, EPC, and developers, integrators and smart grid businesses, battery and fuel-cell manufacturing facilities, and innovative clean-tech start-ups. I’ve been a chef, a business owner, worked in retail, sold B2C and B2B, and now I’ve found something that I enjoy, am good at, and can make a difference doing.I pride myself on the quality of my work and my understanding of both an individual’s and a business’ needs. I've personally placed over 100 people across 5 countries.I still live for food, both cooked myself and by others, I love to travel and experience other cultures, and I’ve always got art, a book, or music on the brain.
