I’ve worked as a mortgage lender since 2001. Having written thousands of mortgages, I’ve learned that every transaction is different. Every borrower has different goals. These relationships are CRITICAL in this complex lending environment*I engage with the Realtors and Attorneys in my market to ensure efficient collaboration on EVERY SINGLE DEAL *I answer the phone, I respond to text messages and I return emails. ALWAYS. I take ownership when an issue arises, and I NEVER pawn the issue onto someone else.
