Work directly with various development teams on incident response, root cause analysis, as well as short and long term remediation. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to accomplish quarterly feature deliverables. Collaborate with other Managers and Tech Leads to manage goals and objectives around quality, performance, security, and throughput. Responsible for hiring and other HR duties.

Worked on multiple teams during this time. Ranging from just a couple of people to upwards of 15. Mainly responsible for .Net WinForm applications but also took over development for an ASP.NET application as well as an iOS application. Facilitated cadence meetings and continuous improvement activities and sometimes acted in a Product Owner and Business Analyst capacity by reaching out to users, customers, and stakeholders to get validation on features that have been developed. Participated in code reviews before code is made deployable.

Primary responsibilities include design and development of a 3 tier application used for storing and retrieval of electronic documents. As well as a 2 tier application used for managing appointments for state case workers. Other duties include writing automated GUI tests as well as unit testing. My remaining time has been used researching and developing tools and processes that would help the development team work more efficiently and with greater velocity.
