I'm a researcher passionate about all things related to quantitative methods, economic mobility, and workforce development! Currently, I work for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a senior research analyst on the Bank's Community and Economic Development team, where I contribute to various research projects and work on the Bank's Advancing Careers Initiative, which is focused on researching benefits cliffs and examining solutions to mitigate or eliminate their effects. Prior to joining the Atlanta Fed, I was an associate research analyst for the Richmond Fed on the Bank's Regional and Community Analysis team. In that role, I contributed to research, analysis, and outreach for the Bank’s business surveys and Community College Initiative, which is focused on researching community colleges and better understanding their unique role in local workforce development. Before starting my career with the Federal Reserve System, I worked in the energy industry as a forecasting analyst, where I helped develop and maintain short-term electricity demand and price forecasts.Note that the opinions expressed here are my own and not the policies, positions, or views of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta or the Federal Reserve System.
