In this job, I perform several task like: - Checking order from vendors.- Processing the employees' payroll.- Accounts payable and receivable.- Coordinate the maintenance of the gas station with different maintenance companies.- Perform light maintenance of the facilities.- Process orders from vendors.- Prepare and coordinate inspections.- Create agenda for meetings to address and find a possible solution to the logistic problems of the gas station. - Due sight translation for our limited English speaking worker for them to have a better understanding of the problems and solutions.
