Understanding the effects of wild ungulates on temperate forest structure, composition and succession. These results are essential for understanding the role of ungulates in temperate forest and hence, for designing accurate and effective policies that help conserve temperate forests.

Coordinate and plan local and international activities for the Yasuni-itt Initiative. Promote scientific research at Yasuni National Park. Report and defuse indigenous plant ancestral knowledge. Design and conduct a sustainable development course for indigenous communities in Yasuni National Park. Defuse the importance of Yasuni National Park conservation at international congresses. Negotiate economic funds with multilateral organisations in favour for nature conservation.

Plan and coordinate the Yasuni-Itt Initiative with national and international stakeholders. Including local and international governments, private companies, NGO's and civil society groups. Provide biodiversity and conservation counselling to the authorities of the project.
