RMA MANAGER I created an RMA department where none existed, with steps, forms, and procedures. My forms and procedures are now being implemented in HFP’s El Paso branch. I train RMA techs on proper procedures, forms, and specs of materials to properly determine whether an item is out of spec and returnable for credit.
