As one of the leading property developer in Indonesia, PT. Alam Sutera Tbk highly committed in building an urban development to improve people's life quality. The subsidiary that is known as PT. Alfa Goldland Realty have been set to develop the housing and infrastructure development. By the time awaiting the official graduation of bachelor degree, I applied the internship program to be the assistant project officer which handles the on-site construction, currently for several housing units in the existing clusters.Role:-Over-viewing the construction process from the soil test, leveling, structural works, until the final architectural finishing.-Checking every stage of the construction progress to ensure the method of work is done correctly.-Maintaining clear communications with colleagues, structural consultants, contractors, and residents for the sake of the project completion.

The high-rise building project of Starlet Hotel in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), Tangerang was constructed by PT. Nusacipta Indonesia as the main contractor. Following a graduation requirement from the university to involve in an internship program, I proposed a role as an intern on the project site. The three months internship was an enlightening and inspiring experience, to be able to directly learn, analyze, and understand the working method and the use of tools and materials as the construction progressed.Role:-Assisting the for-con blueprint review process through AutoCAD software utilization.-Controlling the on-site material installation periodically.
