As the Lead Designer, my job involves overseeing all aspects of design and user experience (UX) within our organization. I am responsible for managing and leading the design team in creating visually stunning and effective designs for various mediums, such as web, mobile, and print materials. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that the design aligns with business objectives and user needs.
