I am an accomplished and energetic Change and Business Leader with extensive experience helping organisations transform and grow by leading programs which deliver innovation, risk and product and capability uplift, empowered by leadership and team development.Ultimately, I help businesses execute their strategy by engaging their people and partners. This includes bringing together strategy, product, customer, technology and delivery. I mobilise and align cross functional teams leveraging strong change management, organisational design, and coaching. I have led change management and partnership delivery at Westpac’s digital bank, Banking as a Service creating an innovative first in market embedded finance solution. Worked as a senior change lead for cultural and leadership change programs for BT Super, BT Platforms & Investments and Allens Linklaters, as well as being part of Qantas’ transformation program. My goal is to be an enabler in innovative and industry leading businesses with products and services that truly excite customers and clients, leveraging portfolio of experiences developed in roles across banking, wealth management, professional services, and aviation.
