I’m a music fan and marketing expert who is lucky enough to be able to combine both passions for a living. During the past 10+ years, I have helped deliver a diverse range of projects, from small music events in London basements to big festivals at top-tier ski resorts, the UK's first-ever touring drive-in cinema, and Albania's first-ever international music festival.I have a proven track record of creating, launching, and growing event brands all the way from a blank sheet of paper through to successful sellout events, devising and implementing industry-leading marketing strategies, delivering full-scale marketing campaigns, managing multidisciplinary teams across different countries and continents, optimising e-commerce and ticketing platforms, managing strategic projects, and effectively achieving business growth goals. Marrying data-backed strategies with creativity is my bread and butter. I enjoy finding new ways of attracting people to the business as much as evaluating data, finding actionable insights, refining product strategies, improving UX, and identifying growth opportunities. I pride myself on my analytical thinking and my ability to deploy performance-driven solutions using a rational yet creative approach.Working with small businesses in the creative industries has taught me how to work creatively within technical and financial limitations, thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to change, remain flexible, and help teams meet impossibly tight deadlines. A few white hairs indicate that I'm well-versed in problem-solving, and always have a "will find the way to do" attitude. In my current role, I have led the marketing team to consistently increase pre-registrations and sales by double-digit percentages every year, and have helped the company to grow its portfolio from one to seven events and become the market leader in overseas festivals.Other achievements I’m proud of:• Creating and launching Kala, a young yet highly acclaimed brand that according to Clash Magazine “has set the new standard for beachside festivals”. • At The Drive In, an event brand conceived within 3 weeks in summer 2020 that gained 45k+ followers and sold out most of its shows across 13 cities within weeks, getting ample coverage in national newspapers and TV.• A guerrilla marketing campaign for Paul McCartney’s first-ever officially sanctioned electronic music remix that featured on many major international music media such as NME, Billboard, and Rolling Stone and ended up receiving a Grammy nomination for Best Remixed Recording in 2017.
