My objective is to manage equipment, people and other assets to minimise risk, maintain and support all assets in a safe, effective and efficient manner without jeopardising the technical integrity over the asset life cycle to deliver a return on capital employed. Using safety life savers and behavioural interventions to ensure safety is never compromised.Development of strategies through maintenance reviews, improvements plans and performance targets. Establishing the building blocks to create a Reliability culture: integrated risk management, reliability in projects, failure elimination, equipment management and organisation. Gathering Asset data using historians and CMMS to identify improvement areas by leading failure elimination through root cause investigations and bad actor management.Using identification of process and safety critical equipment, FMECA, Apollo and 5 why RCFA, FTA, RAM, risk spares analysis to ensure high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance aligned with legislative, technical authority requirements and standards/guidelines.Successfully implemented multiple CMMS and materials management systems. Conducted verification of process and safety criticality analysis, FMECA and equipment maintenance strategies as part of the global MAXIMO implementation. Analysed the maintenance performance across different industries and managed the maintenance planning & scheduling function.Define the scope of work for reliability contracts, tender responses evaluation, contract negotiations and define Global master service agreements for required services.Ensuring when business cases are evaluated that the complete equipment life cycle is reflected from concept to decommissioning which should lead to improved reliability at optimum cost and risk.I would aspire to be accepted into an Engineering Practice with a goal to provide high level service to stakeholders, utilising my core skills in the relevant engineering sectors.
