Leading five-person team in crafting clear and actionable strategy, used across a global marketing ecosystem, for effective demand gen campaigns in support of Adobe's Digital Experience business.

Selected to lead one of the newly created DX portfolio marketing teams; successfully building team into a center-of-excellence for integrated marketing strategy, within a year.

Optimized customer acquisition efforts, from strategy to execution, by 1) diagnosing root issues through analysis & primary research, and 2) implementing data-driven improvements.

Spearheaded global integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating regularly with regional marketing teams around the world to conduct analysis and optimize the content/tactic mix.

Developed an internal collaboration platform to improve the workflows of Adobe’s regional marketing teams around the world. This required extensive primary and secondary research which resulted in a product requirements document + platform roadmap, as well as the development and launch of a pilot program.

Assigned full-time to one of the agencies oldest and most important clients, became one of two lead copywriters in a creative group known for producing award-winning campaigns. As lead copywriter, became adept at managing client relationships, as well as pitching entirely new campaigns to both potential and existing clients. Managed and mentored the JR creatives on the team and implemented changes to the organizational culture that fostered cross-team collaboration and ideation.

Led the development of several integrated marketing campaigns (i.e. commercials, radio spots, billboards, print ads, web content, you name it!) for a variety of clients in the commercial licensing, energy, sportswear and soft drinks categories. In addition, teamed up with a Creative Director to pilot (and later implement) a collaboration initiative that allowed teams in Colombia to work on projects for DDB clients around the world.
