Fixed broadband price tracker.4. Data center overview-Assist Equity Research Analysts to participate in earnings calls from telco, retail, consumer sector companies to take notes and listen to important things needed by analysts.- Assist Equity Research Analysts in finding the latest news related to telecommunications and technology.

- Identification and calculation of existing data including Throughput, Berthing Occupancy Ratio (BOR), and Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) of IPC Domestic Container Terminal for the years 2018-2022.- Using the data of Throughput, Ship Calls, and Berthing Time of IPC Domestic Container Terminal that exist on 2018-2022 to forecast the Berthing Occupancy Ratio (BOR) and Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) for the next five years (2023-2027).- Analysis of existing and forecasted data to understand the expected performance of the Yard and Berthing Occupancy Ratio in the past five years and the next five years at the IPC Domestic Container Terminal.- Designing strategies to improve operational performance based on the analysis of the existing and forecasted data, using a SWOT analysis and involving expert interviews with relevant personnel. The strategy is created by considering all performance indicators, and the results are validated through a member check process.

This research activity was carried out with the aim of providing an overview of Pelindo in standardizing operational activities and operational performance in terms of loading and unloading by forming a strategic proposal that can be formed through equal distribution of aspects of People, Process, Infrastructure and IT to maximize opportunities and minimize risks that will faced after the merger. Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara such as the stages of the procedure for procuring goods and services are from receiving complete documents from users (users), determination of procurement methods, invitations, aanwijzing, technical proposals, price proposals, HPS technical bids, negotiations, results of procurement reports, determination procurement winner, as well as Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO).
