I have worked many physically demanding laborious jobs in the past, but I recently began studying kinesiology at Camosun College. I feel this change is more aligned with my actual interests. I've always had a fascination with human anatomy. I hope to eventually grow into a health based career that I can be proud of, and go to work happy everyday.Having worked in various hands-on careers over the last decade, I have developed an aptitude for detail-oriented work, customer service and a great capacity to learn and perfect new skills. I learned at a pretty young age of how to communicate effectively and respectfully with people while working for my parents at their successful drycleaners. With those skills I have gone on to produce beautiful works for clients and take great care in listening to their needs. I learned a great deal of some basic housekeeping while working at my parents’ drycleaners, and I have a high attention to detail which is evident in the work I produce. In my most recent role, I have consistently been one of the most highly rated cabinet installers by customers. I work efficiently and take great care to produce results that I am proud to present to clients. No two jobs are the same, and I’ve found it essential to be flexible and resilient to solve any problems that may arise.
