Began as an implementation specialist on 100% travel to military hospitals around the country. Trained military medical personnel on new information systems, implemented the system, including installs, setup, customization, and support. Specialties included electronic medical records, patient appointment systems, and patient administration.Ended my career with SAIC as a hardware specialist and contract rep on a site that had been transitioned to civil service. Installed, repaired, and maintained all computer and network hardware including VAX/VMS system, DEC equipment, Cisco routers, Symantec hubs, Attach, and cat 5 cabling.
