With over 25 years of work experience in business development and legal roles, I am a passionate and driven leader who thrives on creating and executing innovative strategies to grow and scale businesses. As the Vice President of Business Development, North America at Belle.ai, I oversee the expansion and partnership of our AI-powered software that provides qualitative assessment (identification) and quantitative scoring (severity) of skin condition images. I leverage my skills in customer experience, implementation operations, and public service to solution the equitable delivery of dermatological care at point of service, manage compliance and risk, and build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders. Previously, I served as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer at All American Lithium, where I led the legal and regulatory affairs of a fast-growing renewable energy company. I also ran as a candidate for Texas Land Commissioner where I advocated for the conservation and development of public lands and resources. My core competencies include business development, customer service, legal expertise with tech companies, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership. I have a MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso, a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, and a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
