After abiding by all of the non-compete and confidentiality agreements, our client was sued by their former employer. We had the case dismissed.Intellectual Property Licensing ProgramOne client sells numerous products related to its unique services. Recognizing that while allowing its fan base to develop complimentary products and services would enhance and solidify its market position, it also represented potential dangers to its IP assets. We worked with the client to develop a licensing program that protected its intellectual property while allowing the business to enhance relationships with its market.Internet Media PartnershipWe negotiated and wrote an agreement for three parties to create a vibrant Internet portal for children. Our client created and owned the material on which the Internet content was based. Another party would develop the content for the internet and the third party would host the portal.
