I am happily " discover by doing" the magic of marketing - especially in the fast changing digital word. Really enjoy to learn something new each day! In my previous job I had to communicate all day within several countries from Balkan up to FSU - developing ideas, localizing campaigns, co-ordinate mkt actions within the region and keep close contact with agencies and HQ. I am good at steering the process for planning, developing and fine-tuning mkt campaigns. I have experience in event organization and use of CRM systems (expert in Microsoft Dynamics, beginner in Salesforce). Beside that I was responsible for the continuous analysis (KPI & statistics), budget planning, cost control and reporting. Regarding portfolio management, I dealt with (fertilizer) product registrations in and outside the EU countries in EE. Here is my background story for a successful integration knowledge and competence:I have graduated as a Master of Horticultural Sciences, and was on a training in England (Haygrowe Fruit Farm). After a short trainee period at Kleffmann Marketing, I have joined Scotts Professional in 2001. Working for a long time with the same developing company I had to try many positions (e.g. office management, Finance, order processing, sales assistant etc.). I have started as a Sales Assistant, collecting and entering orders, tracking shipments, co-ordinate pricelists, making forecasts etc. After the birth of my older son I returned in a position of a Finance and Registration person, since I have completed the course on book-keeping in 2005, while away on maternity leave. After my second maternity leave period in 2012, I specialized on digital marketing and CRM, and finally graduated at Metropolitan University Budapest, Executive MBA in Digital Marketing in 2021. I am just finishing my MBA Masters program in 2023, including the last semester in 2022 autumn, which I have spent in the Netherlands, participating in Erasmus program, studying Sustainable Project Management at Windesheim University. Last, but not least: I have given a successful TEDx presentation in 2022 November, Budapest on the topic of sustainable Agriculture.
