Assisted in the coordination of national training rollouts including Eclipse (over 2000 employees). Conducted training on the LMS for end users, training and HR teams, Management and support areas. Developed PowerPoint presentations, manuals, and job aids on the functionality of the LMS. Worked closely with HR to ensure that new employees were registered for new hire, compliance, and continuing education training programs. Received weekly reports from HR to verify that employee information in the HRIS system (PeopleSoft) was identical to the data in the LMS. Assisted trainers in creating online assessments to evaluate training impact. Worked with internal and external vendors to ensure a clean database and upgraded system when necessary.
