Major contributor in the successful implementation of SumTotal LMS for Elsevier in 5 regions (United States, Netherlands, Continental Europe, Asia Pacific, and United Kingdom) and in 5 different languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Japanese). Monitors system functionality for all regions and functional groups. Designed training program, manuals, and reference material used in facilitating training to administrators globally. Worked closely with the Learning Development Director to streamline processes for two successful training programs (Espresso - 90-minute in person training sessions and Elsevier Management Essentials - an innovative new manager training program).

Responsible for creating courses and maintaining compliance documents in the STELA Learning Management System for accuracy. Ensured employees were registered for corporate mandated policies and standard operating procedures. Provided assistance to employees with questions or issues regarding their mandatory compliance training. Reported and tracked completion rates. Sent correspondence to employees who did not complete their training in the allotted time frame and was able to reduce the number of employees with incomplete training by 50% within 90 days of employment.

Worked in a team setting to coordinate the rollout of SumTotal. Developed and/or revised existing PowerPoint presentations, manuals, and job aids on the functionality of the Learning Management System. Tracked licensing and usage of the Learning Management System to ensure ROI.

Worked with the Training & Development Instructional Design team to successfully implement the Mzinga Learning Management System. Assisted in the coordination of national training rollouts including Eclipse (over 2000 employees). Conducted training on the LMS for end users, training and HR teams, Management and support areas. Developed PowerPoint presentations, manuals, and job aids on the functionality of the LMS. Worked closely with HR to ensure that new employees were registered for new hire, compliance, and continuing education training programs. Received weekly reports from HR to verify that employee information in the HRIS system (PeopleSoft) was identical to the data in the LMS. Assisted trainers in creating online assessments to evaluate training impact. Worked with internal and external vendors to ensure a clean database and upgraded system when necessary.
