EU funded Project "Business incubators enabled to provide high value services to SMEs (EUBID)" in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia. The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of start-up companies in Serbia. The project focuses on three main components: (1) Preparing the Study on the current situation of BIs in the Republic of Serbia, (2) Upgrading of Business Incubators Services and 3) Upgrading of Capacities of relevant stakeholders to further develop business incubators in Serbia in accordance with the Public Private Partnership model.

The GIZ projects aims at promoting micro, small and medium-sized entreprises in Morocco via three fields of action: 1. Regulatory Framework; 2. Business support services, cluster and network promotion; 3. Finiancial system development. The GFA Consulting Group is in charge of the implementation of component 2 and seeks to increase the capactiy of network structure in offering sustainable services (specifically trainings) to their members.Tasks performed in the project: - Preparation of a study on the key economic sectors of Morocco (collection, processing and evaluation of statistical data, national strategypapers and international studies)- Development and continuous updating of an expert database- Conception and installation of an archiving system- Logistical support to the team in the organisation of workshops
