Reported the charge amounts to finance for collection from the account teams.~ Determined the cost of support for each client based on the size of staff needed to support the client, the location of support and the complexity of the environment.~ Performed deep dive analysis of costs incurred and client charges.~ Worked with account managers to find cost savings for their account, if applicable. Found savings for 14 clients of approximately $40,000 a month in 2019.

~ Transitioned IT mainframe and midrange operations, production control, scheduling and backup monitoring for 13 clients into Atos. The size of companies ranged from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. Steady state operations were successfully transitioned for all clients.~ Recruited existing operations team members to assist with knowledge transfer, job shadowing, reverse shadowing and transition.~ Led technical teams to focus on project objectives and by leading daily/weekly status meetings tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.~ Led projects to support application upgrade efforts on mainframe, AS400 and Linux platforms. ~ Managed several smaller projects which included recruiting the project team, creating the project plan, engage stakeholders and maintain project schedule.

~ Supervised operations analysts who provided first and second level support to clients and support groups using midrange platforms. Have expertise in all areas within server monitoring, event intervention, backup monitoring, scheduled maintenance and incident/change management.~ Acted as liaison between the operations staff and technical support staff and clients.~ Performed a yearly review for every analyst. Each review is used to provide positive feedback for their strengths and professional goals for areas needing improvement. Also provided on-going professional feedback to analysts to help develop their skills in their current position.~ Acted as a mentor and trainer to lower level computer operators to advance the development of their operations and team building skills.~ Provided SME support for transitioned environments for the Operations teams.~ Automation implementation of manual processes. Created process workflows for the automation team to create the code to automate manual processes.
