A pioneer in Green Bonds, Judith is currently a Founder and Senior Advisor at ImpactARC, a sustainable investment consultancy in Washington, DC. Prior to ImpactARC, Judith was a Founding Partner and Head of Verification and Impact at Affirmative Investment Management (AIM), an award-winning fixed income impact investor in London, UK. At AIM, Judith led the Sustainability Verification team with oversight of the verification of impact bonds and annual impact reporting. Before AIM, Judith established and led the World Bank’s Corporate Responsibility team where she partnered with Investor Relations World Bank Treasury to develop the first Green Bonds, defining the criteria for the use of proceeds, selecting the underlying portfolio of projects, and promoting transparency standards. At the World Bank, Judith has also worked with the Europe and Central Asia and the East Asia regions. As an ecologist and development planner, Judith supports the multilateral, nongovernmental and private sectors in shifting activities and financial holdings towards lasting environmental and social transformation.
