As a Naturopathic Nutritionist, I help people overcome health issues using natural methods, especially diet. I offer 1:1s, workshops and webinars as well as running a series of demo “Get Vibrant in the Kitchen” workshops to show just how easy it is to make healthy and delicious dishes. I write a regular newsletter and blog “Nature Knows Best”, as well as contributing to the website “Natural Health Star”. As a Nikken consultant, I enjoy Nikken‘s innovative natural technologies for my own health. I find that Nikken dovetails beautifully with my Naturopathic Nutrition business. A lot of dis-ease is caused by stress to our cells, and using Nikken helps to create a nurturing environment in which our cells can start to relax, let go and rebalance. Nikken’s philosophy is based on the 5 Pillars of Health: healthy body, mind, family, society, and finances.
