Working with peopleI have years of experience of communicating and engaging in a sensitive manner with people, having established good working relationships based on honesty, integrity and structured boundaries. My previous employment roles have enabled me to use various approaches with working with vulnerable individuals and their families. I have worked in mostly multi-cultural/faith boroughs, which has enabled me to provide packages that embrace the diversity of the individuals. I am able to interview, support, negotiate and give and receive constructive feedback. I am able to employ key skills, such as active listening, observation, empathy, warmth and non judgemental conversations.
