As part of UCO Laval's Journalism degree, I teach marketing strategy and theory to students in the final year. We cover the basics of marketing, with a view to giving them an understanding in social media marketing and community management

For this post, I have taught English to students of various levels, from primary school all the way to Community College / HND, and to various specialities.I adapt my methods and style to the students and do my best to help each on understand and improve. I have also taught literature and creative writing as part of this job.

For my Masters, I did a year-long internship in the local TV start-up TV Mayenne. I was originally hired to deal with the administrative side of things, but I was given the task of developing and implementing a marketing strategy using only social media.My efforts gave us a 400% increase in audience and in sales. I created a partnership with Laval Virtual, the biggest event around VR in Europe, for whom we created a video.I also made ads and videos for local businesses who bought advertising space on our website.

J’ai enseigné l’anglais, l’informatique, des sciences de la vie et de la terre, marketing et PPCP auprès des élèves de Bac Pro Commerce et Bac STG. La plupart des élèves faisaient partie de l’équipe de football locale et, de ce fait, les cours ont dû être modifiés pour prendre en compte leurs entraînements et leurs capacités. Pendant les cours de PPCP, nous avons organisé une journée spéciale pour une association locale qui soutient les enfants atteints de l’autisme et les avons fait visiter le stade, où ils ont pu rencontrer les joueurs de l’équipe.
