At Skillometry, I am part of a multidisciplinary team that provides evidence-based autism intervention services to children and families in a home-based setting. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I design and implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and monitor progress under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).I have gained valuable skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, communication, and rapport building, which enable me to help children with autism reach their full potential and improve their quality of life. I am passionate about learning and professional development in the field of autism and ABA therapy. I am also pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design at Miami Dade College, as I have a keen interest in creating functional and aesthetic spaces.
